Calling all Athletes! 

Yoga Conditioning is increasingly being incorporated into athletes' training regimes due to specific reasons such as injury prevention, increased core stability, balance, strength, improved range of motion, increased proprioception, faster recovery, develop better mental focus and concentration and increased relaxation.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will go through basic poses incorporating dynamic stretches to lengthen muscle tissues, strengthen and stabilise key muscles of the body that supports your sport. We will also explore myofasical release techniques to restore health of muscle tissues that athletes set their bodies through repetitive movements.
