This retreat is set in a specific way for you to disconnect from distractions and busyness in everyday life, creating space to connect with what makes you feel fulfilled and alive.
RECHARGE YOUR BODY
We will delve into the intricacies of our nervous system using nature, yoga and mindfulness as tools to recharge and find our balanced state. There will be abundance of mindful movements with breath-work, healing practices and workshops. You may participate in all, or pick and choose what suits you througout the 5 days, so that you can customise your journey to your unique flow.
Suitable for all levels; modification will be offered as needed.
CALM YOUR MIND
Daily mindfulness practice is known to enhance all aspects of our lives. With a space for calm and connection where the mind is relaxed and at ease, we are able to listen more deeply to our intuitive being, and enjoy the inherent bliss and joy in our hearts. A variety of meditative practices will be shared for you to experience and choose the technique that best suits you to take home into your own practice.
There will also be personal time and space allocated each day, in which you can deepen your meditative practices, contemplate, journal, read, explore, swim or just catch up on more rest.
REPLENISH YOUR HEALTH
Body renewal occurs naturally through eating organic food, functional movements, breath-work, nature walks, swimming in lush surrounding or just breathing in fresh air. Our plant-based meals will be prepared using locally-grown and freshest ingredients possible, providing that ‘farm-to-table’ experience. As the stress of daily toxicity falls away, your body’s natural healing capacity is activated for spontaneous healings to occur.
You will also be given practical tips that you can implement in your own life when you return from the retreat.
