Honouring the need to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and reflect on what we want or where we are in life, join me to retreat and discover the power to revitalise your wellbeing to a healthier and happier you.

Nestled in Balayan Bay, Anisiam is located 5 kilometres away from Anilao Pier. Designed by award-winning architect, Edwin Uy, this beach house was built upon the Owners' dream as a home away from home. The concept of privacy and exclusivity welcomes guests to this open-plan layout with stilts of Thai and Philippines traditional homes. The result is a minimalist, clean lines with natural materials such as bamboo.

Blended into terraced landscapes, the house is tastefully decorated with ocean-facing pool, lounge areas and bedrooms - a back to nature vibe and tranquility. All bedrooms have uninterrupted views of the bay, air-conditioned equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

There are 6 bedrooms:

  • Master bedroom with a king sized bed

  • 2 double rooms with queen-sized beds

  • 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds

During this 5 days 4 nights retreat, you will experience functional movements of yoga, mindfulness meditation with sounds of ocean waves, relax and cultivate the art of doing nothing. You will be lead through energising morning vinyasa sessions, restorative evenings sessions, guided meditations and pranayama breathing; providing the opportunity to focus on the physical, mental and emotional pursuits towards your yoga practice.

Nutritious and tasty meals are a vital component to any successful retreat experience.

MY WELLNESS and Anisiam have co-created meals that are fresh, high-nutrient content using organic and locally sourced produce with brain boosting fats such as coconut oil to nourish our minds and bodies. There will be a variety of meals to compliment your wellness journey and we happily accommodate vegan, vegetarian as well as any food allergies or intolerances.

This retreat is designed to address the needs of busy, stressed individuals by creating the ideal environment to rest, restore and transform your wellbeing. Take a swim in the ocean, snorkel amongst the corals, lounge by the pool, read, journal, daydream or take the paddle boards out to sea.

The choices are endless and they are yours to set the pace.
