Gwen offers functional yoga classes in Penang, Malaysia where she is currently based. Her teaching style focusing on safe alignment, synchronising movement with mindful breath, creating a strong yet therapeutic practice to achieve balance of strength, stability and mobility in the body. Gwen also brings mindfulness in her classes as a way to spark a deeper sense of connection between the body, mind and spirit. She enjoys sharing her yoga and meditation practices by offering her students a safe space where they can feel supported, inspired and benefit from their practice.
